Kappaklay Organic

Our Kappaklay Organic is a decorative clay-based coating, continuous over large areas and without expansion joints.

As the name implies, this is a coating that exalts the more organic side of the matter. The visible presence of aggregates and sands in its composition gives it a natural and deeply tactile character. The surface is lively, with an irregular texture and, if associated with earthy tones, reflects the growing appreciation for raw, genuine materials that evoke a return to essence.

Visually, it takes us to the paths of the Portuguese Alentejo interior, where clay, dust and grains of sand merge into trails that tell stories. Like those paths shaped by time, Kappaklay Organic brings with it an imperfect and authentic beauty, which is felt to the touch and recognized in the eye.

Being a natural clay-based coating, it offers high permeability to water vapor, promoting the respiration of the substrate and the hygrothermal balance of the spaces.

Available in several catalogue shades, and in several others custom-tuned with UV-resistant pigments.

Recommended for walls and ceilings, both outdoors and indoors.

Colors

Color perception in a digital environment is subject to variables such as screen calibration, color temperature and brightness, and can generate significant deviations from reality. For this reason, the choice of color should always be made through physical references. Our catalogue, exclusively physical, brings together 132 colours tuned and consolidated in a real context, representing a truly unique selection on the market. Each shade was developed to ensure chromatic stability, aesthetic coherence and a faithful reading when applied on site. We stand out in a unique way for our ability to incorporate and adjust color to the measure of each project. From universal references or physical samples, we develop shades that are completely customized and adjusted to the desired concept. Metodo de aplicação
1. Primer Application of the S-Kappa APF primer, responsible for standardizing the absorption of the support and ensuring the correct anchoring of the system. This step ensures stability and prepares the surface for coating application.
2. First coat – KappaKlay Organic Application of the first layer of KappaKlay Organic, which works as a basis for regularization and support. In this phase, the construction of the texture and the natural reading of the material begins.
3. Second coat – KappaKlay Organic Application of the second layer of KappaKlay Organic, where the final character of the coating is defined. Through application, the expression of sands and aggregates is controlled, as well as the movement of the surface, resulting in an organic, authentic finish with a strong material identity.
4. Varnish Application of a coat of T-Kappa Varnish, with the function of increasing resistance to staining, scratching and surface wear, ensuring greater durability without compromising the aesthetics of the coating.
